Want equal pay? Are you picking the right career?
The gender pay gap in education has improved marginally – but it will still take 139 years for things to even up unless feminised sectors become more valued.

According to the latest Financy Women’s Index, the gender gap in education and expected earnings increased in the September quarter – with women earning 93.02 per cent of men’s expected earnings based on the broad field of study and enrolment numbers. This is up from 92.57 per cent in the June quarter.
