Henrik Isaksson is the managing director of Acast Australia & NZ. He’s 38 and lives in Gladesville, Sydney.

When did you first get into fishing?
It’s never been a hobby for me, it’s just life. There are photos of me aged three or four, standing on a jetty and casting a line. I’d go fishing with my dad in the northern part of Sweden, inside the Polar Circle. Beautiful pristine waters, big lakes and big trout.
