The founders behind sunscreen brand Ultra Violette are raising cash and taking on an external investor for the first time as they supercharge global growth for a brand conceived while they were both working at cosmetics powerhouse Mecca.

“We are looking to bring on an investor so that we can adequately scale the brand and take on some of the bigger markets in the world,” Bec Jefferd tells The Australian Financial Review’s Female Founders podcast.
