Melbourne businessman John Elliott has died in hospital in Melbourne, after being admitted for around-the-clock care following a recent fall.
His son Tom, an afternoon drive time talk radio host with Melbourne radio station 3AW, confirmed the passing of the swashbuckling former businessman.
