WiseTech investors split as board quits en masse over Richard White

Four WiseTech Global directors including the logistics software company’s chairman have resigned citing intractable differences with the rest of the board about the continuing role of billionaire founder Richard White amid a review into his conduct that was set to be released this week.

Investors and brokers are split about the departures, including that of WiseTech chairman Richard Dammery. Some applauded the exit of directors they perceive are trying to push out the businessman who expanded the company into a global giant in freight management.
