WiseTech Global shareholders have been warned the company is too reliant on its controversial founder Richard White, after he took back control of the company as executive chairman on Wednesday.
White returned to the top of WiseTech four months after he stepped down from the board and his role as chief executive amid a number of allegations against him. On Thursday, analysts said the company’s reliance on the 70-year-old was highlighted when growth slowed markedly in his absence.
