The corporate regulator says it is making preliminary inquiries into WiseTech Global after a boardroom stoush over whether a review into the conduct of the company’s founder Richard White should be released.
That dispute ultimately led to the resignation of four independent directors including chairman Richard Dammery. On Wednesday, despite the investigation into allegations of inappropriate conduct levelled at him, White was appointed WiseTech’s executive chairman.
