Richard White’s legal team claimed the billionaire WiseTech Global co-founder had not seen the full board review into allegations of his misconduct despite him accepting the findings and also previously threatening to sue if the report was released.
WiseTech earlier this week released only partial findings of a review ordered by the board, which found that White had misled an investigation into his conduct and failed to disclose important details about relationships with people working for the company.
