Newly-appointed Digital Minister Stuart Robert has revealed he drew heavily on advice from Telstra executive Andy Penn as he oversaw the two-year digital transformation of Services Australia.
Mr Penn, who became an unofficial adviser and mentor to Mr Robert, suggested he become intensely involved in the project that sought to bring together all government services and payments into one digitally-savvy agency.
