Listed enterprise software company TechnologyOne will take the unconventional step of lodging an unsolicited proposal to TAFE NSW, offering a fixed price contract to replace a long-running upgrade of its student management system.
Stuart MacDonald, TechnologyOne’s chief operating officer, declared the ongoing IT upgrade would be expensive and difficult to oversee once completed, and was not fit for purpose for the next generation of students.
