Tech leaders taking action on climate change beyond the strike

Leaders of some of the country's biggest tech companies are committed to playing a bigger role in the push to tackle climate change, and say that participating in last Friday's strike was just the start.

Going against the comments of Ben Morton, the assistant minister to the Prime Minister, that businesses should focus on their profits and shareholders, and not be on the frontline of social issues, companies such as Redbubble, Adore Beauty, IRESS, Culture Amp and 99designs say that responding to climate change is a matter of risk management and a business imperative.
