Medtech start-up BioEye sets out to solve sports’ concussion headache
A Sydney-based medical technology company, which claims it can let its users detect concussion by recording their eyes with their phone camera, has added the chief executive of the Victoria Racing Club to its board as it hits the institutional investor trail.
BioEye plans to embark on a $15 million capital raise, cashing in on the momentum from soon-to-be-published results of a clinical trial conducted on players from 16 AFL teams over the 2022 season and adding Steve Rosich, CEO of VRC and the former CEO of the Fremantle Dockers, to its board last week.
