Netcomm (NTC)
The underperformance of wireless telecommunications equipment maker Netcomm could be ending after management said it had signed a deal as the exclusive distributor of the next-generation wireless routers to the NBN. The agreement could add as much as $100 million to $200 million to revenues between 2012-13 and 2014-15. That is a substantial uplift for the small cap given that it posted sales of $55.3 million in 2009-10 and is forecasting revenue of $67 million for the past financial year. Netcomm has shed almost half its share value over the past 12 months.
