Mike Cannon-Brookes’ former company secretary will be forced to hand over his mobile phone and other devices after the billionaire Atlassian co-founder succeeded in gaining an injunction over him as part of a battle with his estranged wife Annie over the split of their fortune.

Cannon-Brookes fired Kevin Chiu this month after Chiu used his personal email to share employment contracts, remuneration details, resumes, superannuation files and police checks about staff at his family office, Cannon-Brookes Services, with Annie and ex-chief financial officer Catherine Manuel.
