How TodayTix plans to solve 'bad behaviour' in ticket sales
The chief executive of ticketing app TodayTix, Brian Fenty, says he supports Labor's federal election promise to ban ticket scalping and ticket bots because they are making it harder for Millennials and low-income Australians to see arts and theatre events.
Mr Fenty said fans who were willing to pay top dollar to see their favourite live music and theatre events had created an opportunity for ticket scalping and inflated prices across the global ticketing industry.
