Equity crowdfunding platform Birchal has cemented its position as the dominant platform for retail investors in Australia, surpassing $100 million in capital raised for Aussie businesses in only four years.
The company has taken a 75 per cent share of the retail equity crowdfunding market, responsible for $94 million of the $146.6 million raised via this method between the start of 2018 and December 31, 2021.
