Former HotelsCombined chief executive Hichame Assi is set to take over from Envato co-founder Collis Ta'eed as CEO, after the Financial Review Rich Lister stepped down to join his wife Cyan in running chocolate company Hey Tiger!.
The British-Syrian moved to Australia in 2008 from London and joined HotelsCombined in early 2010, running its international strategy and operations before taking on the top job.
