Volante shares slipped 5 per cent to $1.52 yesterday as Ramny Investments and Kher Nominees sold a combined 18 per cent stake. Less than a week ago Ehoud Schwalb replaced his father, Joel Schwalb, as sole director of Kher. Joel Schwalb's Takapana Investments transferred the shares to Ramny and Kher after Volante acquired the Schwalb family's Ipex computer business in February 2004 in a $77 million deal.
