Seek will be forced to allow Employment Hero to access its platform after the Federal Court decided it couldn’t block the billion dollar human resources start-up that it has not only invested in but competes with.

Employment Hero is suing the ASX-listed classifieds giant over its decision to cut off access to a tool that allows developers to connect to its platform to directly post job ads and automate parts of the recruitment process, known as the Seek API.
