Camms, a family-owned software business backed by Ellerston Capital, has been acquired by Riskonnect, an American risk and compliance technology company owned by private equity firm TA Associates.

Founded in 1996 as a management consulting firm, Camms transitioned into a technology company 16 years ago and makes risk and compliance software for the likes of Adelaide Airport, the City of Sydney, and the Royal Airforce in the United Kingdom.
