True digital transformation is infused within an organisation and marks a fundamental shift towards addressing the challenges that lie ahead, but some still struggle to grasp that there's more to this transformation than simply digitising a few business processes.

Just over half (52 per cent) of Australian organisations are "digitally determined", representing 28 per cent year-on-year growth from 2018, according to IDC's Australia DX Executive Sentiment Survey 2019-2020.
