Collapsed pharmacy start-up StrongRoom sold, ending four-month saga

It’s finally over. Battered pharmacy software start-up StrongRoom AI has been sold to Joe Zhou after a tumultuous four months that began when venture capital firm EVP accused the company of serious fraud.

Zhou, who has his own pharmacy software business, finalised his drawn-out purchase of the Melbourne business on Thursday afternoon despite an eleventh-hour legal challenge lobbed by one of his business partners in Queensland that was circulated to those involved in the StrongRoom deal.
