Queensland-based computing and mobile phone distributor Cellnet is looking for a new managing director to lead the company, following the resignation of Stephen Harrison.

Cellnet has hired global executive search firm Spencer Stuart to help find Mr Harrison's replacement. Cellnet chairman Darryl McDonagh said board members set the executive search plan in motion several weeks ago after Mr Harrison said he wanted to step down as managing director.
