ASIC investigates GetSwift over disclosure

The Australian Securities and Investments Commission has served GetSwift with a notice to produce documents, as the last mile logistics group's annual report revealed a $200,000-plus hike in the salaries of managing director Joel Macdonald and executive chairman Bane Hunter.
GetSwift revealed the corporate regulator's request in a statement to the market. It also reported the company had generated $329,696 revenue and $5.5 million net loss for the the six months to December.
