A little-known technology company, backed by a host of big names from the Australian Football League has landed $US30 million ($45 million) from New York-based private equity firm Bluestone Partners, after selling its software to major professional sports events including the Super Bowl, the US Open Tennis, and the upcoming Paris Olympics.
PMY Group was founded in Melbourne in 2009, by Paul Yeomans a former lawyer who managed the commercial opportunities for over 100 AFL players.
