Media entrepreneur Antony Catalano has used a tense general meeting of Keybridge Capital – which could see director Nicholas Bolton booted from the board – to accuse the chairman of frustrating proceedings and lying to shareholders.

A meeting was scheduled at 4:30 pm in Melbourne on Monday – hours after the investment company was formally placed into voluntary administration, as revealed by Street Talk.
