EY Advisory is seeking to sell a solar and battery portfolio in NSW and Victoria, that it says would give an offshore buyer the beachhead to build out a renewables platform and grab a slice of Australia’s energy transition.
The up-for-sale portfolio comprises three solar assets with co-located batteries and one standalone battery asset across the two states. It’s being sold by Venn Energy, a renewable energy developer founded by Toronto-headquartered Venn Energy Inc and run locally by Geoff Stoker-Lavelle.
