Private equity’s back trying the old Ansell condoms business on for size, with expectations brewing of a $US500 million-plus transaction in coming weeks.

Street Talk understands a US-based PE firm is in late-stage talks to acquire what’s now branded LifeStyles Healthcare, which is best known as the owner of Australian born-and-bred LifeStyles condoms brand developed by Ansell and now sold globally.
