Quadrant’s restaurant empire reviews leases in bid to cut losses
Quadrant Private Equity’s Pacific Hunter hospitality empire has launched a portfolio review as management attempts to weed out loss-making leases.
Sources said the focus of the review would be at Pacific Concepts, the part of the business that owns casual dining venues such as Fratelli Fresh, El Camino Cantina, The Bavarian, Munich Brahaus, Bar Patron and The Argyle. The related Hunter Street Hospitality is the operator of Rockpool Bar & Grill, Spice Temple, Rosetta Ristorante, Sake Restaurant & Bar and Alice.
