Private equity closes in on a 50pc stake in $2b-plus Opal HealthCare
Christmas has come early for Pacific Equity Partners.
Street Talk can reveal the Sydney buyout firm has gained exclusivity over a 50 per cent stake in Australia’s largest residential aged care provider, Opal HealthCare, which was put up for sale in July by its investors including Singapore’s GK Goh Holdings and AMP Capital-owned funds.
