Potentia Capital returns for Nitro Software with $2/sh bid

Buyout firm Potentia Capital has hit back in the battle for ASX-listed Nitro Software, increasing its offer to $2 a share and saying it could go higher following a look at the company’s books.

The increased offer, finalised on Thursday night, would have no minimum acceptance condition, not be subject to a shareholder vote, no FIRB or regulatory hurdles and would be available for Nitro Software shareholders to accept almost immediately.
