It didn’t take long for Houlihan Lokey to get its head around Nature’s Care. Street Talk got its mitts on the sales flyer which landed in inboxes a day after receivers BDO Australia announced it had called in Jim McKnight’s dealmakers.

As Street Talk reported, Houlihan Lokey was tapped to kick off a sale process for vitamin and supplements manufacturer Nature’s Care, which entered receivership in March. Interested parties were told the sellers hope to have everything wrapped up by the end of October in a detailed nine-page teaser.
