Mercury hits the right note at JMC Academy; buys majority stake

Clark Perkins’ buyout firm, Mercury Capital, is continuing its push into the education sector, taking a stake in creative industries education provider JMC Academy.

Street Talk understands Mercury has inked a deal for 60 per cent of JMC Academy at a $150 million enterprise value. Sources said the acquisition was due to complete at the end of this month and would see Mercury sit alongside director John Cascarino on the register.
