Tony Moussa tried and tried to get away a $450 million debt refinancing for Jon Adgemis’ Public Hospitality Group. No easy feat, and ultimately an unsuccessful one. Now, the KPMG real estate chief is out the door.
In an email to friends and colleagues last week, Moussa, a KPMG partner, said he would finish up in April. Stay tuned for his next venture, Moussa added, which would keep him “involved in the evolution of private capital”.
