Regis Healthcare co-founder taps Jarden for $108m selldown

Regis Healthcare’s co-founder Bryan Dorman was out selling $108 million worth of shares in the $2.2 billion aged care player after market close on Thursday, sending out investment bank Jarden to seek buyers.
