Handbags at dawn for local buyout firms as EQT’s Nexon sale ramps up

It’s Pacific Equity Partners versus Adamantem Capital for EQT Partners’s $30 million-a-year IT services outfit Nexon Asia Pacific, up for sale via investment bank Houlihan Lokey.

Street Talk can reveal the two private equity firms, both prolific dealmakers across Australia and New Zealand, are through to the final round of the auction and preparing to submit binding offers in the coming weeks.
