Global protection products manufacturer taps brokers for $500m IPO

AIS Limited, a designer, manufacturer and installer of advanced materials that protect energy infrastructure on land and at sea, is making its way to the ASX, tapping brokers Henslow and Morgans to launch an initial public offering.

Street Talk understands AIS, headquartered in the United Kingdom, is seeking institutional investor support for its IPO, dispatching its joint lead managers and underwriters to kick off cornerstone meetings with super funds and fund managers ahead of an August listing.
