Business Automation Works, a Geelong-based provider of automation tools for accountants, is hunting for a partner to fund its next leg of growth.
On offer is a majority interest in the company, which is forecast to deliver $13.6 million in annual recurring revenue and $7.7 million earnings this financial year. Projected earnings represent a 57 per cent three-year annual growth rate.
