Barrenjoey board reshuffle sees Barclays’ oversight widen to APAC

Barclays is switching up its oversight of Barrenjoey in a move that will see its Asia Pacific office deepen its relationship with the investment banking powerhouse.

The UK bank’s board representation sits with global head of corporate and investment banking Paul Compton. However, when Comtpon, based in New York, can’t attend meetings, Barclay Australia’s country head Richard Satchwell steps in – officially registered as a board alternative director.
