Apiam Animal Health Limited’s shareholders have thrown a bone at potential bidders, declaring they’re primed to hit the bid at the $84 million veterinary services roll-up.

Street Talk understands Apiam’s key investors have made it clear they’re keen to see the for-sale sign hung up at a time when sponsors are picking off similar businesses from EQT Partners’ $1.4 billion purchase of VetPartners to Pemba Capital’s Vets Central.
