Australian investors were on Monday given a glimpse of the Christmas apparel sales, via the South African bourse.
David Jones and Country Road are owned by South Africa's Woolworths Holdings, which updated its investors on a drop in sales to December 29, a period that includes the crucial pre-Christmas trading and Boxing Day sales.
