On Tuesday morning, former Labor senator-cum-lobbyist Stephen Conroy lined up in his living room to do a regular Sky News bit with morning host Peter Stefanovic.

Driving the morning was the Business Council of Australia’s annual ranking of the best states to do business in. For the second year running, South Australia was ranked first. Victoria was dead last.
