The abrupt resignations of three female board directors at Mineral Resources over the past fortnight has (rightly) sent a chill through investors in the shrinking Perth miner.

The exits of Jacqueline McGill and Susie Corlett was followed by Denise McComish last week. That is the full deck of the new ethics committee, set up to make sure the company and managing director Chris Ellison were following better standards, all saying with their feet, ‘actually, this nonsense isn’t worth hanging around for’. None of them even gave a statement on the way out the door.
