Almost a year after successfully suing debtor Stanley Kaftel for failing to disclose he was an undischarged bankrupt, former FAI chief Rodney Adler has again engaged his lawyers.

Documents filed earlier this month in the Federal Court reveal the businessman, who sold his Vaucluse mansion for $15.6 million last year, is seeking to have Rose Bay’s Little Bay Cafe repay its debts or be wound up.
