Myers had helped funnel bribes to Carl Wulff, former chief executive officer of the infamous Ipswich council. That’s the council whose former mayor, Paul Pisasale, spent an afternoon with the prostitute “JoJo” during a ratepayer-funded trip to Melbourne, a form of interstate networking not available for most of this year.
