McKinsey senior partners and past chief diversity and inclusion officers Kweilin Ellingrud, Lareina Yee and Maria Martinez will this week release a book titled The Broken Rung. Harvard Business Review Press, a frequent mouthpiece for McKinsey “thought leadership”, is the publisher.
