Mark Bouris, the everywhere man of Australian finance and property, is feasting on self-pity, jumping to defend himself this week after moving to de-list his non-bank lender Yellow Brick Road from the ASX.

If you only see his perma-tanned mug pop up on TV or radio or TikTok, you may have missed that YBR has slowly morphed into a clown show penny stock in the public markets.
