Pitching her re-election to shareholders at REA’s AGM on Thursday, Kelly Bayer Rosmarin said she brought specific skills to the digital real estate behemoth’s board.

Her “diverse experience” has given “unique insights” into “digital transformation, regulatory compliance and crisis management”. The biddies in the room would have been forgiven for choking on their coconut-dusted Monte Carlos.
