The latest crazy idea has puffed from the chimney at the National Stock Exchange of Australia, the alternative bourse whose acting chief executive John Karantzis is currently suing the Australian Securities Exchange and the Tax Commissioner while being sued by the Australian Securities and Investments Commission to have him banned from managing companies.
