Vocus founder James Spenceley was appointed to the board of the National Australia Bank on Wednesday, which for the record was October 20, not April 1.

According to the bank’s crazy brave chairman Phil Chronican, Spenceley will bring “different perspectives to the NAB board”. No kidding.
